Nateete-KampalaMaundy Thursday, is the day during Holy Week that commemorates the Washing of the Feet and Last Supper of Jesus Christ with the Apostles, as described in the canonical gospels. It is the fifth day of Holy Week, preceded by Holy Wednesday and followed by Good Friday.
To commemorate this special day, HCP Miriam Nsubuga and members of Rotary Club of Nateete Kampala shall not have fellowship, rather we shall go to church, and we shall wash each other’s feet, as we remember the importance of humility, selflessness, and service to others, just as Christ taught us.
